Veronicas have a 30 day guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials.
Once you have received your Veronica, please try it on over your panties and under your
feminine clothes to check the shape. (Please see First try-on for instructions.)
If, after you have adjusted the placement of the pads and you are not pleased with the result,
return the garment and pads to CCI for adjustments. Please include a detailed letter, letting us
know how we need to reshape the padding to attain the desired look.
We will make adjustments free of charge, exempting postage.
BUT, the garment must be as new and not soiled.
If you return a garment to us for adjustments and it is soiled, we will charge a cleaning
fee of $20.00 (USD).
If after our adjustments, you are still unhappy, return the unused garment for a full refund.
CCI will not exchange used clothing for new.
